ELCIC Registration Information
The registration fee of $1,290 for rostered and lay delegates includes two meals daily (lunch and dinner) during the Joint Assembly; delegate travel costs (travel equalization for all delegates across Canada); and transportation from and to Ottawa Airport. The delegate registration fee does not include accommodation.
The Bulletin of Reports will be available for download on the website. For anyone requiring a printed copy of the Bulletin of Reports, there will be a fee of $30.
Accommodations will be available at 5 main assembly hotels situated near the Ottawa Convention Centre located in downtown Ottawa. Hotel rates range from $119 to $159 per night plus applicable taxes.
